Shipping policy

At Spanner.Store, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days of purchase (Monday–Friday). Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
But we aim to have all orders delivered 2-3 days after they have been shipped.

Paying Customs: If you are ordering from any country outside of the UK. You WILL be charged customs fees. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are outside of our control. If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Items:
If your order includes pre-order items, they will be shipped separately once they become available. You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking details for those items.
