We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives faulty, incorrect or damaged.
If your product is defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll review your case and work with you to resolve it — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Failure to pay Customs:
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable.
